Dabbling and Wandering
Literal art in the art of being lost.
I made a note/quick post here in Substack months ago declaring my existence in this space. Letting you all know I’m still lost. Claiming myself as lost and pretty much just owning it as a new way of being that I’m totally ok with.
Psst. I have developed a whole system of understanding being lost based on the last few years of study with coaches, a hypnotist, positive psychology, etc. Had grand intentions of writing a guidebook and explaining it all. So far, I just have notes and notes and one workshop I tried.
Still lost I guess but enjoying wandering around bumping into ideas I’m exploring, art I find inspiring, and things I love to learn. I’m currently working on writing and illustrating some children’s books that feature many of the coaching topics I’ve helped people with over the years.
I’ve decided to share my most recent dabbling in intuition and art. It is something I’m doing for myself, but as the messages are written I think others could find them helpful or inspiring. Maybe. Maybe not. Doesn’t really matter… we are just dabbling and wandering. Looking at the scenery as we meander through the metaphorical woods of life.
The Art…
This is the question and intuitive “answer” from todays exploration:
Everyone seems to be sick or struggling around me. What do I need to know to help?
You are noticing the suffering, the healing, the process of being forced to face their path. No longer can eyes be closed and ears be covered. There are many people that require help but more that need space to hold them through the process of their own becoming. What you are feeling in your overwhelm is your desire to save and rescue. There is plenty to do and that you are doing to offer your support but you can no longer rescue. This is the inner struggle YOU are having. There is also many shades to the idea of struggling. Complaints heard and seen doesn’t mean they don’t have support or care. It’s just a collective voicing of grievances. Step back to see that this is the process to discover the potential they all have within themselves to expand and become. Instead of focusing on the experience they are processing, see the possibilities within them. Share your resources, share and give energy by holding yourself in the energy of healing and expansion. The seeds are sprouting open. They are only beginning to grow. This is not a death - it’s a birth. Messy business either way.
